SRT-Services International AG was registered in the Commercial Register of the City of Lugano in 1990.
In the following years, further service priorities in the field of facility management services were introduced and realized. With its current headquarters in St. Moritz, SRT-Services International AG has achieved a considerable turnover in services, as well as temporary up to 10 facility & security employees (depending on the project).

Our offers
In the field of facility management service, the preventive construction security & access control service is offered in close cooperation with the respective architects & construction management in the 3 stage version.
1st stage
– Detached houses and business complexes
– Simple security checks (2-man security patrols with a preventive object protection character during the construction phase. 12 hours a day and 2 hour cycle checks during the night)
2nd stage
Detached houses with > villa structures 2,000 m2 of living space and additional 1,000 m2 of land (maximum 50,000 m2 total area). Access to the entire system via an entrance control (container entrance checks of material, deliveries, craftsmen, etc.) with 6-man security base checks in the 24-hr cycle.
3rd stage
Electronic access controls with area surveillance and personal access badge system for single-family houses with large villa and security structures, as well as buildings of security-relevant companies (banks, hotel and hotel airport complexes) in the 24-hr control cycle.

Thus, various building regulations and legal regulations were covered and controlled by builders, architects, geniuses, construction companies, craftsmen and craftsmen. This has reduced the risk of accidents on our construction sites. Each construction site we oversee has a functional emergency system on site and is always in contact with the Blue Light Organisation 144, REGA and police authorities.
